How soon will I get my beads? What's your shipping policy?
FREE SHIPPING for $100.00 order or more!!! Domestic shipping is by USPS first class mail and cost 3.00 flat rate. International shipping is by USPS at 8.00 for the first item and .50 each additional item. Insurance is available (U.S. only), at $1.30 for each $100 ordered. If you'd like to pay via PayPal, and would like insurance, email me your order and I will send an invoice. Items will be shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving payment (for specials and auctions) or when the beads are finished (catalog orders). Shipments usually take 3-4 days in the US, 1-2 weeks internationally. For international shipping, please do allow 4-6 weeks. Please make sure the address you provide is correct and complete.
Please note that anyone making an international purchase is responsible for their own duty fees or any other fees imposed by their home country when receiving packages. I will not mark "gift" on customs forms, nor will I mis-represent the value of the items purchased..

What is your return policy?
I want to make sure that you are completely happy with your bead purchase! For returns/refunds in the same condition the items were sent: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased here at Beads By Lampwork, you may return it for a refund. I ask that you please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. I do reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on returns. This is usually not necessary, but will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
For replacement of broken beads up to 6 months after you purchase them: If a lampwork bead should break during the first 6 months, you may return it for a free replacement. Please email me and let me know if this happens. Breakage is rare, but does sometimes happen. Please do take reasonable care when using these beads - they are glass.

What forms of payment will you accept?
I accept PayPal, credit cards through my merchant account, and U.S. Postal money orders. I prefer PayPal, as it's easiest for me, but any of those payment options work. The credit cards I accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card payments are processed through Beads By Lampwork, secure shopping cart software, and then entered manually through my credit card terminal. As an alternative, you may give me credit card information over the phone. **Please do not email credit card numbers, as this is not secure.
